The site is situated in sandlot between two buildings in the main street in Senica. The proposal had to be designed in accordance to the city law and urban requirements in this area. The city law allows to build up the building couple inches out of the building line. This was the inspiration to design easy building with two layer façade. One in front of the main part of the building, is used for dynamic and the most representative functions. Man can notice the movement every time – lift, that is moving up and down, or offices, where the businessmen are directing his employees. The building is designed as a simply space divided into two cells: service /represented by corridor and lift/ and facility units /represented by offices/. The roof is used as a terrace for a flat that is situated on the top of the building.
