Building area for this proposal was only 10x10 m2 what limited final look/shape of the building. The content of the programme was to implement two independent and different facilities in one building. Design allows to establish two new places with different, but comparable qualities. The new facility was fit to neutral cube called final destination. The reason why the neutral volume was used: - fragmented and non identifiable urbanism in the city. - possibility to change interior function every time. Neutrality, which is represented by monotonous horizontal grid, is interrupted by heavy entrance for each facility. The building is like clean island purified from anaesthetic surrounding buildings. A visitor has an opportunity to concentrate his mind and feel to the neutral space, not regional fake.
