This design tries to solve a problem of functional changing of existing city health care range. At present the complex is like a barrier in the centre of the city at present. The design proposes new circulation flows at the border of existing park in a sense of new relation between city park and city housing. It is using an unique city phenomenon – bazaar or a market-place. There man could see a temporary market booths which were close the castle walls in the past. They refreshed boring and dry space. New complex is like a vacuum cleaner, sucking pedestrians to newly designed buildings. It intersects existing roads on purpose to signalise new possibilities. The proposal was designed to give more phases in building process and the maximum of adaptability.
