“Ten Minutes To The City” – this is the name of Novomesky´s poetry which wrote on the way from Senica´s railway station to the centre of the city. The corporate authorities of the City of Senica decided to make and open a memorial tablet on poet’s and politician’s 60. jubilee. The place where the tablet should be put was chosen railway station as a heritage to Novomesky´s facts. The memorial was designed as first layer readable sign. Structure was divided into two materials. Marble – the tablet where the text was typed and glass with abstracted arrow directed to the city. Marble as a solid material represents a book with firm author’s message where a man can find the letters. Glass as a transparent material with opposite reflection where a man see partially real /flat part/ or garbled /singed out part/ truth of the real picture.
