The centre of Senica is characteristic by fragmented urbanism, which was deregulated until 1989. There architects have to solve huge urban problems which are running hand in hand with economy etc. in Senica. Terms like the city without face or buildings built out of street line were not foreign-born. Solved area is a typical example of mentioned statements. Therefore this design tried to find the easiest way how to implement new architectural opinion for a new architectural discurs in this area. Building wants to be like a ghost. It wants to adapt its volume between existing urbanism and to support characteristic, but already lost, signs. Mass is following street lines – not only in flat, but in spatial way. Exterior is communicating with its neighbours via from and also via sun. The whole proposal is programmatic designed to use the sun and shadows not only to make a building attractive in more artistic way. A man can find interior advantage in diffused light in offices or straight lighting in stair hall.
