SLON extension / Rozšírenie kaviarne SLON Senica

The existing restaurant is situated on the first floor of the housing unit in the central zone of the city. The shape is very simply and reminds the 70ty years precasting building development. The design of the extension was limited by street line and street regulating. Therefore the proposal issues from recent urban form and gives him a bit more expressionistic look. New glazed façade combined with blue concrete strip shows this part of the building in new position of the facility leader on the first floor. Interior reflects exterior colours and the idea of puristic opinion. Slon it means Elephant in English so as this architecture – unmoveable for moving and strong for communicating.
