The jury´s comment: “The proposal has its own philosophy and professional solution. The entrance of the swimming pool is well integrated into existing city park. The volume of the design eliminates rush of neighbouring facilities. The ellipsed shape, filled mass, system of skylines, using terrain as a part of the building were unique and original among other proposals this competition. The interior and service is designed very pragmatically, cleanly and properly. Design has very high composition quality.” The urban plan of the new area is created as a multi space of suburban micro spaces. Expansive land was divided into many independent spaces that separated services what allows its own rent ability. Fragmented functions are connected by promenade which starts at the parking place with a new covered stadium and ends by square in front of a new tennis centre
