This design operates with existing topography and works with an earth surface. Face and the ground is modelled according to a programme and land requirements. The proposal brings to the city a new quality of the landscape. It is cracking and stretching the existing surface to give it a new character. The results are different high qualities for sport and relax without any bordering and delimiting. Above the surface there is a park which continuously flows to the country. Under the surface there are new facilities – sport and cultural activities focused on open or selected community. Each function is not limited and respects possibilities for growing and functional mixing. The final design reminds an urban park. Buildings are lost in grass and people are spending more free time in city nature. For all that this is urban design connected to the existing urban structure and the city continuously
