This design operates with existing topography and works with an earth surface. Face and the ground is modelled according programme and land requirements. The proposal brings to the city a new quality of the landscape. It is cracking and stretching the existing surface to give it a new character. The results are the different high qualities for sport and relax without any bordering and delimiting. The park is above the surface and continuously flows to the country. The new facilities are under the surface – sport and cultural activities focused for selected community. Each function is not limited and respects possibilities for growing and functional mixing. Activities are situated on the glassed facade and evokes a multi – screen or monitors for urban voyeurs
